This collaboration demanded building a 3D architectural set that would best emphasize the subtle beauty of the Cascadia light fixture for Mathew McCormick Studio. We drew a lot of inspiration from the Fosters and partners staircase at the Apple HQ, as well as the beautifully designed staircase at Kim/Kanye’s new house. We wanted the architectural material to be textured but soft, replicating the softness of the fixture and giving the scene a warm welcoming glow.
